Let me give you a few tips:
1. Get to know the people who make your food
2. Eat local and organic
3. Eat mostly plants
4. Add good oils and fats
5. Ask for help if your not sure. Find a holistic health coach!
6. If you buy packaged food… READ THE LABEL for ingredients… if there are more than 5 ingredients it’s too prosessed and if there are ingredients you cannot understand, your body won’t relate to them either.
